Raul is the third member of the group "The Amigos". He is the Adélie Penguin in amigos who has a little hair on his head. He is the best rapper of the group. Raul has physical issues at times, which includes stomach aches. This usually happens when he is scared. He is the only one of the group that is bald. Although, he does have a feather shape white spot on the back of his neck. He is voiced by Lombardo Boyar.

Happy Feet Two
Raul appeared again in Happy Feet Two. His role is the same like in Happy Feet, as still being a secondary character. His first appearance is when Ramón and the three baby penguins (Erik, Bo, and Atticus) return to Adélie-Land.
